PNOinsurance was launched in 1977 and its more recent Board members encouraged a much-needed brand refresh with the blessing of the founding partners. The result was a contemporary and relatable brand that was celebrated and embraced by every member of the team and its valued clients.
The brief was to honour the important history and credentials of the business while creating a new brand identity that represented the vision of the company and the commitment to excellence of its team in a highly competitive market.
This project involved unearthing and clearly articulating the values of the firm that had been, and continue to be, integral to the success of the business. The client later explained that the articulation of those values has played a valuable role in myriad Board meetings involving critical business decisions and in the staff induction process and cultural development of the business.
